Abetment

Intentionally aiding, encouraging, or facilitating another person to commit a crime.

Full Definition

IPC Section 107 defines abetment as: (1) instigating to commit the act; (2) engaging in a conspiracy; (3) intentionally aiding by act or omission. The abettor need not be present at the scene.
